These terms explain how Swift 360° products, services, digital resources and coaching engagements are provided.
Clear expectations, clear support.
Please read these terms before purchasing a product, booking a session or using the website. They are designed to keep the practical side of working together straightforward.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Swift 360° Coaching website, purchase a digital product, book a Swift Clarity Session™, or engage with any Swift 360° Coaching product, programme or service.
Swift 360° Coaching is operated by Janine Rigg, trading as Swift 360°, in the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about these terms, contact [email protected].
By using this website, purchasing a product or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and services
Swift 360° Coaching provides strategic clarity coaching, career architecture support, digital products, diagnostic tools and related resources. These may include self-guided PDF products, free diagnostic tools, 1:1 sessions and longer coaching programmes.
Some products or services may be described as “coming soon” or “in development.” This information is provided for guidance only and does not create an obligation to launch a product or service by a particular date.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the relevant product, checkout or booking page at the time of purchase or booking. Prices may change from time to time.
Payment is required at the point of purchase or booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Digital products require full payment before access is provided. Swift Clarity Sessions™ require payment at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or the payment provider shown at checkout. Swift 360° Coaching does not store your full card details.
4. Digital products and access
Digital products are supplied as PDF downloads or digital resources. After purchase, access is provided through the confirmation page and/or by email. Please save your download and confirmation email somewhere safe.
Download links, confirmation pages and digital product materials are for the purchaser’s personal use only. They must not be shared publicly, forwarded to others, copied, resold, distributed or adapted without written permission.
If you have difficulty accessing a digital product after purchase, contact [email protected] using the email address used at checkout.
5. Digital product cancellation and refunds
For digital products that are made available for immediate access, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you agree to receive instant access and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel is lost once the download or access begins.
Because digital products are made available shortly after purchase, refunds are not normally offered once access has been provided, unless required by law. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
6. Swift Clarity Session™ bookings
Swift Clarity Sessions™ are 1:1 online sessions delivered by Zoom or another agreed online platform. You are responsible for attending at the agreed time and ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and private space for the session.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or rescheduled, except where required by law.
If Swift 360° Coaching needs to reschedule a session, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative time or refund where appropriate.
7. Longer coaching programmes
Longer coaching programmes, including Swift Achieve™, may be subject to separate written terms, payment arrangements, proposals or agreements provided before booking or purchase.
Where separate written terms are agreed for a programme, those terms will apply alongside these website Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and the separate written agreement, the written agreement will take priority for that programme.
8. Coaching, development and personal responsibility
Swift 360° Coaching provides tools, coaching, guidance and reflective support for clarity, decision-making and personal or professional development.
Swift 360° Coaching does not provide therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or regulated career placement services. If you need support in any of those areas, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes. Any choices you make following use of the website, products or services are your responsibility.
9. No guaranteed outcomes
Swift 360° Coaching cannot guarantee any specific outcome, result, promotion, job change, business result, income level, personal decision or transformation.
All products and services are provided to support clearer thinking, decision-making and action. Your results will depend on your circumstances, choices, effort, timing and other factors outside our control.
10. Intellectual property
All website content, digital products, frameworks, materials, wording, graphics, logos, product names and the Swift Results™ Method are owned by Swift 360° Coaching unless otherwise stated.
Purchase or download of a product gives you a personal licence to use the materials for your own individual development only. It does not grant permission to copy, share, teach, reproduce, resell, distribute, adapt or commercialise the content without written permission.
This includes, without limitation, Swift Results™ Method, Swift Audit™, Swift Reset™, Swift Focus™, Swift Clarity Session™, Swift Advance™, Swift Achieve™, Swift Five™, Career Architecture™ and related Swift 360° frameworks or materials.
11. Website use and availability
We aim to keep the website and digital resources available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, remove or change parts of the website, products, checkout pages, download pages or delivery processes from time to time.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use the website or materials in a way that infringes the rights of Swift 360° Coaching or any third party.
12. External links and third-party platforms
Our website, emails or products may include links to external websites or third-party platforms, including payment, booking, video conferencing or file-hosting services. These are provided for convenience and to deliver the products or services you request.
Swift 360° Coaching is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites or platforms.
13. Limitation of liability
Swift 360° Coaching provides products and services in good faith and with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, products or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the website, products or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
