1. Who we are

Swift 360° Coaching is operated by Janine Rigg, trading as Swift 360°, based in the United Kingdom. We provide strategic clarity coaching, career architecture support, digital products, sessions and related services.

For any privacy-related questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. What information we collect

We collect personal information when you choose to provide it. This may include:

  • Your name and email address when you complete a form, sign up for a resource, purchase a product, book a session or contact us.
  • Information you share through contact forms, checkout pages, booking forms, intake forms, direct email or other written messages.
  • Purchase and order information, such as product purchased, payment status, amount paid and billing details where collected.
  • Booking information, including session date, time, timezone and any information needed to arrange or manage the session.
  • Information you choose to share during a coaching session, intake form or written exchange as part of a coaching engagement.
  • Email engagement information, such as whether an email was opened or whether a link was clicked, where this is tracked by our email platform.

Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe or the payment provider shown at checkout. Swift 360° Coaching does not see or store your full card details.

Some interactive tools on the website, such as the Swift Audit™ or Swift Career Snapshot™, may generate results in your browser without automatically saving those results to Swift 360° Coaching or FEA Create. If a future option is added to email or save results, the page will explain what information is collected before you choose to use that option.

Please do not include highly sensitive personal information in forms or emails unless it is relevant and you are comfortable sharing it for the purpose of the product, session or service you are requesting.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the product, resource, session or service you have requested.
  • Process purchases, manage checkout records and send product-related emails.
  • Manage bookings, confirmation emails, intake forms and session administration.
  • Respond to enquiries, questions or support requests.
  • Send email sequences, nurture emails or updates where you have opted in, purchased a product or otherwise have a relevant relationship with Swift 360° Coaching.
  • Maintain appropriate business records, including purchase history, booking records and communication history.
  • Improve the website, products, services and client experience.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Platforms we use

We use FEA Create, powered by GoHighLevel, to manage website forms, CRM records, email communications, bookings, checkout pages, product-related automations and unsubscribe preferences.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or the payment provider shown at checkout. We may see purchase information such as your name, email address, payment status, amount paid, product purchased and billing details if collected, but we do not see or store your full card details.

We use Zoom or another agreed online platform to deliver online sessions. We may also use other trusted service providers where needed to operate the website, communicate with you or deliver products and services.

5. Email communications and marketing

If you buy a product, book a session or request a resource, we may send emails related to that purchase, booking or resource. This may include confirmation emails, access or download information, reminders, follow-up emails and support messages.

Your details may also be stored in our CRM and tagged according to the product, resource or service you accessed. Where we send marketing, nurture or update emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

Unsubscribing applies globally to marketing emails sent from our account. Your contact record, purchase history, form submissions or booking information may still be retained where needed for service delivery, support, record-keeping or legal purposes.

6. Coaching confidentiality

Information shared within a coaching engagement, including sessions, intake forms and written exchanges, is treated as confidential. We do not share client information with a third party without consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious concern about safety or legal obligation.

Coaching confidentiality is a professional and ethical commitment, as well as part of how we protect your privacy. Your privacy within a coaching relationship is taken seriously.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website and funnels use essential cookies and similar technologies to make the website, forms, checkout pages and booking tools work properly.

FEA Create may also record form submissions, page activity linked to funnel automations, and email engagement such as opens and link clicks within our CRM. This helps us manage communication, product delivery, bookings and follow-up sequences.

We do not currently use additional third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag. If this changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, appropriate cookie consent will be requested.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website, form, checkout or booking functionality.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage purchases, bookings and enquiries, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve queries and maintain appropriate business records.

FEA Create / GoHighLevel does not automatically delete records after a fixed period, so records may remain in our CRM until they are manually deleted, anonymised or no longer needed. You can request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal, accounting or legitimate business reasons for retaining certain records.

9. International data transfers

Some of our service providers, including FEA Create / GoHighLevel, Stripe and Zoom, may process or store data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards provided by those platforms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

10. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have rights in relation to your personal information. These may include the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within one month where required by law.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your personal information is handled.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. If the way we collect or use personal information changes materially, we will update this page accordingly.

12. Contact

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, please contact Janine Rigg at Swift 360° Coaching.
